Patient Information

We have offices located in the University City and Lake Norman areas of Charlotte. Our University City office is located near the intersection of Harris Blvd. and Mallard Creek Road, and the Lake Norman office is on West Catawba Avenue off of Exit 28 from I-77. Our doctors perform a wide range of in-office surgical procedures, as well as utilizing University Hospital for those procedures that require that the patient be hospitalized.

Surgical Staff

In addition to our board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons, our staff includes surgical assistants who are trained to assist in the administration of intravenous sedation. We require all staff to be CPR certified and to participate in yearly continuing education programs. In addition, our assistants all complete the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistants Anesthesia Program.

Office Hours & Appointments

Our normal office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. We make every effort to schedule your appointment as promptly as possible, and appreciate you calling as early as possible if you find it necessary to reschedule your appointment so we may use that time for another patient.

We understand that your time is very important, and we make every effort to assure that you are seen in a timely manner. However, due to the nature of our practice, some procedures take longer than expected, and emergencies arise, so occasional delays cannot be avoided. We appreciate your understanding when unavoidable delays occur.

Emergencies

Our doctors are on call 24 hours a day. If you experience an emergency after hours and need to contact the doctor, CALL OUR OFFICE. You will be instructed to leave a message, which will automatically page the doctor who will call you back.

Telephone Inquiries

Our staff is trained to answer most of your questions at the time you call. If you feel you need to speak directly with the doctor regarding a problem you are having, he will be happy to return your call as soon as possible. We are always glad to see you for a brief check if you feel this is necessary.
