Patient InformationFeesThe fees for our services are based on the type of procedure you are having, the extent of difficulty involved, type of anesthesia used, and the amount of time necessary to provide for your treatment. After you have had your consultation and exam, we will give you an estimate of the total surgical cost so that you will know your financial responsibility prior to beginning treatment with our office. Insurance QuestionsWhen you visit our office for the first time, you will be expected to pay for your charges on that day, and your insurance claim will be filed for reimbursement payment to be made to you. For the convenience of those patients with insurance, our office will verify your coverage and coordinate benefits after your consultation appointment. As a courtesy, our office will electronically file your claim to your insurance company. In general, most dental and medical insurance does not cover the full cost of your surgical care. Most insurance is designed to reduce your costs but not eliminate them completely. When you pay your bill in full at the time of surgery, we will be glad to file your insurance claim for you to facilitate the payment from your insurance company. Our staff is always happy to assist you in obtaining the maximum benefits available under your policy, however, please remember that you are responsible for all charges incurred in our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Surgical fees are due in full at the time of surgery for patients without insurance or those patients whose insurance is a reimbursement type policy. Our Doctors participate in the Delta Dental Network.
